Who we are

Cancomplex Roofing is a referral service for homeowners with a roof problem. You send a request. We pass it to independent local roofing contractors in our network. They contact you, look at the roof, and give you a written quote.

That is the whole job. We are the link between you and a provider.

Why this site exists

A roof problem is stressful. It also has a clock. In the Stamford area, cold snowy winters, freeze-thaw cycles (water that freezes, thaws, and freezes again), spring snowmelt, and coastal storms all push on a roof. Many homes here are older. Many are Cape Cods or multi-family buildings with their own quirks.

Searching for the right provider takes time that busy people do not have. We built Cancomplex Roofing to make that first step simple.

How matching works

You tell us what is going on. We ask for your town, the type of roof problem, and a good time to reach you. We then match the request with providers in our network who work near Stamford.

You may hear from one provider or from a few. It depends on the job and on who is taking on work right now. You choose who to talk to. You can say no to any of them.

What we ask of providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance their area requires.
• Give a written quote before work starts.
• Explain the job in plain words.
• Respect your home, your yard, and your schedule.
• Clean up when the job is done.

Each provider answers for its own work and its own paperwork.

What we do not do

Cancomplex Roofing does not do roofing work. We have no crews, trucks, or tools. We do not set prices. We do not promise that a claim will be paid. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How we are paid

Homeowners do not pay Cancomplex Roofing to send a request. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a request is passed to them. Your quote comes from the provider, and the price is between you and the provider. Always ask for the full price in writing.
