How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

You talk to an independent local roofing provider. That is a roofing business that runs its own crews and sets its own prices. It is not Cancomplex Roofing.

Cancomplex Roofing is the referral service that makes the introduction. We do not send anyone to your roof. We do not do the work.

What happens next

After you send a request, a provider in our network reaches out. Expect a short chat. The provider will ask about the problem, the age of the roof, and your home. Photos help. So does a note about any leaks, stains, or storm events.

Next, the provider usually plans a visit to look at the roof. After that, you get a written quote.

Some providers can respond quickly. Others have a waiting list. Timing depends on weather and on how busy the season is. To check provider availability, Request a callback.

What to ask a provider

Pick questions that matter to you. These are a good start:

  • Are you licensed and insured for work in my town?
  • Is the quote in writing, with materials and labor listed?
  • What will you do with the old roof layers?
  • How do you handle snow, ice, or rain on the work days?
  • How long will the job take, and where will crews park?
  • What warranty comes with the work, and who backs it?
  • Can you help document damage for an insurance claim?

Ask about the roof deck too. That is the wood under the shingles. If it is wet or rotted, it may need work. A clear provider tells you this before the job starts.

Plan around the weather

Ask when the job can start and what happens if a storm moves in. Cold can limit some materials. Spring melt can reveal hidden leaks. A provider who explains these points in plain words is a good sign.

You are in control

You do not have to say yes to anyone. Compare quotes. Take your time. Ask for changes. Costs vary by job, so get each price in writing. A full roof replacement in the U.S. often runs from several thousand to well over ten thousand dollars, depending on size, pitch, and materials.

If something feels off, you can walk away. You owe Cancomplex Roofing nothing.
